Tomatoes - for Freezing, Canning, Sauce - 10 lb
These are our seconds tomatoes. They may have a blemish or a strange shape, or have a split or be a little more ripe than we like to distribute. They will be a mix of heirlooms, slicers, and the meaty (and very sauce-worthy!) campari tomatoes. We usually use a mix of all of these for sauces we make at home and the ones we contract to the cannery.
