Ok, so the pictures is misleading. But it's the only one I have of broccoli and it helps illustrate what this spring sprouting broccoli is NOT. It is not a one-time cut big headed broccoli like the one in the photo. Those types of broccoli don't make that much sense for a home garden.
Instead, it's a cut and come again, tender sprouting broccoli that will send up lots of little broccoli shoots over many weeks. Every few days you can harvest a bundle of delicious broccoli shoots and enjoy the bounty.
