One of the underappreciated herbs. I adore lovage, having fallen deeply in love in the summer of 2009 at a farm in Northern PA. A very happy lovage plant grew near the front door of the farmhouse where I lived and I learned to chop it up finely and sprinkle it on my daily morning eggs, or into my omelet. Yes, 100% yes!
