Oh I love this plant! It is the best single source herbal tea-plant you can grow in my humble opinion. It will do well in a container or in the soil. It is so revered for it's medicine and it's loveliness in India and I think you will shortly learn why.
Pick leaves and flower and use for tea fresh or dried. Allow some to bloom and you will be feeding the bees. If you allow some of the flowers to make seed, you will have an annual volunteer coming back from seed each spring.
