These lovely little cabbages are some of our favorites to grow and they're back in our garden after a hiatus. They have an adorable pointy shape and can be planted a bit closer than the larger varieties. The flavor is fresh and sweet, amazing for that early summer slaw. Pay attention to their ripening as they can get very big and split! Wait till they look nice and full and round at the bottom and then enjoy. Cover with floating row cover to protect from flea beetles and cabbage looper moth as long as you can!
