They are a small-production specialty mushroom farm, growing shiitake, crimini, oysters, trumpets and lion's mane. All of their mushrooms are grown on substrate sourced locally and they raise their mushrooms without any chemicals. These mushrooms will knock your socks off! And you can also enjoy your cheesy mushroom casserole knowing that Joe and Ange are just as fanatic as you are about eating these little beauties.
