This spinach was seeded on Christmas Eve 2020. Misfortune befell some of the seeds so less than we hoped grew up, but boy did they ever grow up! This spinach has leaves so large it has scared visitors to the farm. It also has some leaf damage from a pack of marauding slugs. It also has sweetness and is a vibrant green color and will be perfect if you intend to cook it or wilt it. Sale Spinach!
